APPLICATION FOR INFORMATION FROM

THE CATALOGUE OF SLOPES


  1. The Catalogue of Slopes consists of location plan, background information and photographs of registered slope features and natural terrain mitigation measures in Hong Kong, which can be viewed in Slope Infomation System (SIS). The slope data is also subject to the disclaimer for the release of information. Applicants are advised to contact the relevant slope maintenance party for detailed information of the feature if required.
  2. For information on slope maintenance responsibility, please contact the SIMAR Unit (Tel : 2331 3333 or email : slope_enquiry@landsd.gov.hk). The information is also available in Slope Maintenance Responsibility Information System (SMRIS).
  3. Applicants are advised to contact 1823 for other queries related to slopes.

  3. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the applicant has the right to request access to and correction of the personal data. Such request should be in writing and made to Chief Geotechnical Engineer/Slope Safety of the Civil Engineering and Development Department.
